Well if you hold shares in hnr then obviously you would be cheering this deal but for those that don't then they would be suspicious why nmt did this. Clearly the focus has now for many changed from nmt to hnr. With one deal nmt added many millions in mc to hnr but no extra value to nmt. Not hard to see why nmt shareholders might be peed off at this time. However I believe nmt remains by far the best option long term. Fleas might disagree.
