    I read the announcement of HNR again - they mentioned a DD on Greenhouse. For me the whole announcement sounds like it was planned that HNR intended to take over Greenhouse.
    It also mentioned that Greenhouse signed the license with NMT‘s subsidiary ACN already in April 2019.
