U can safely assume it’s Primobius they referring too …. with pictures on the announcement (underneath “with our partners”).

Sms WILL build the plants , that’s why Neometals went into a Jv with them so they can capture more market share then the competition by offering different business models…
In this case the customer pays a royalty and is issued a license to access the patented technology that is owned in the Primobius JV
50% Neometals 50% SMS Group.
The research collaboration between these parties is a positive thing not something to be suspicious about, it will just enable each partner involved to get the best out of the partnership .
