That’s true , in reality talk of 120mc being low is a bit naive, the development that has happened on a few of these projects alone would be close to 100m now but If the industry kicks off it could be closer to 500. That would be without recycling.
currently no value is given to engineering / environmental studies and planing, crossing some of these hurdles is extremely valuable in time and money once the market turns
