So, it might be a "cents on the dollar" sale once again.
Barrambie is a project that could generate $136M a year in profits, but might be sold for $10M. Even if NMT gets $20M or $100M from the sale, it won't make up for the billions of dollars that shareholders could lose out on in free cash flow for the development. This is a complete train wreck, it's Mt Marion 2.0. First the VRP & now Barrambie, it all screams of a panicked, free-for-all sale of every asset, in the hope MB & Stelco pay off. A fire sale, everything must go!!
I hope shareholders realise this is our asset. Being a shareholder means you own the company, if you own the company then you own Barrambie!
Remember, MIN made $1B from Mt Marion in just 1 year of operation & they're expanding the mine! NMT sold it all for $200M!
