First negative comment on David Dicker wrt running the business ive heard in 5 yrs of owning the company.

The guy has not taken a salary since my ownership & DDR have always paid out all their earnings as dividends so should not be a surprise to any shareholder who bothered to spend 5 mins looking into investing in DDR.

As for being better than the rest....absolutely; the company for the last decade has taken market share & has increased eps & dividends each year....if only I could find another 'selfish' ceo that delivered similar results I would be very happy (always good to diversify).
