I do have a connection in the industry and although he is a little coy about commenting on his own company he has been openly praising the quality of service provided by DDR. It could be that the competitors service is below par but I cannot imagine this person would have been praising what may have been pretty ordinary practice it is just not in his nature. As for knocking David Dicker - yes he runs the business in a very unconventional way but he is 100% aligned with shareholders in that he takes no more out of the business than we do. Whether that is good or bad I cannot see for the life of me how that is selfish. This guy has built a company that has been life changing for both he and myself and my family and I am not about to run him down for that.
