you should understand the logic behind not taking salary but giving the divs, if you really looked deep into it
i would do the same if i were a foreigh tax resident, no point to get salary and tax half whilist divs only taxed at a much lower fixed rate
but it's not really good for the long term growth of a company, if you can see a bigger picture
