I'm not sure what bigger picture you need than growth across all metrics they control......revenues, market share, margins, npat, eps, and dividends over the last decade
Paying out dividends has not hampered the company and to be honest, why wouldn't they pay out every cent to shareholders (thereby paying out those franking credits too) while leveraging the relatively low interest rates to borrow money to grow their business
