Last time he made a substantial sale was in August 2021. At that time he sold at a price of $15.5 per share and the SP actually dropped a lot lower than this sale price to under $12.
I am not expecting a similar drop this time. In August 2021 the SP was looking frothy. The company is making more money now so on a PE ratio basis its trading far cheaper. The SP might hit $11 although I think there's a good chance that won't happen. The chances of it going below the sale price like it did in August 2021 are extremely low I think since the stock is already trading at a relatively low valuation.
