Here in lies one of the two major issues facing DDR investors that I've previously noted.
1. 100% pay out ratio
2. Key person risk
If you're happy with either of those risks, then today and subsequent days to follow look like another opportunity. You can buy DDR right now on a forward PE of 21. That's reasonable.
