    Looks people get married/divorced/sell shares/buy cars, airplanes etc etc etc

    The only thing that should matter as a DDR shareholder is the below.....what has David and his mgmt eam delivered over the last 6-7 years. In what is a low margin mainly hardware business he has managed to deliver consistent growth and higher returns to shareholders........there are probably less than 10 companies in the ASX that has delivered as consistently as DDR

    All priced at ~24 times last years earnings
