There are two major similarities between DDR and SHL that explain their recent share price moves:
Both businesses:
1. Were major Covid era beneficiaries
2. Have business models dependent on debt
In the past two years, Covid factors specifically spiking demand for tech and pathology have normalised and interest rates have risen significantly.
It seems like a good opportunity to buy each business IMO.
