They have changed the way they report revenues, now they report as agents rather than gross revenues, so comparisons to earlier years are not relevant.
Seems legit although could be more smoke and mirrors.
However DDR should really revise and distribute previous period revenues under the new reporting structure so shareholders can do their own analysis.
