Roger that. However, I'd argue that a 50% pay out ratio (or take any ratio that you'd like to apply) comes with a different risk profile than that of a business paying out 100% of profits with solid debt to boot. But anyway, I see your point and for DDR it's a known, known.

With the free float increasing to 46% it may actually entice institutions to look more seriously at DDR.
