SHAREHOLDERS OZ Brewing Ltd
I Warren Buntine FCPA control 1,000,000 f/p Ord shares of OZ Brewing Limited (OZB), requests support and written proxies from all registered shareholders of OZB for the positions of Executive Director and Chairman of the Board at the next general meeting of the company.
Obtaining information about OZB has been frustrated by the Chairman. A complaint has been lodged with the ASX/ASIC.
At the next General Meeting I seek a members mandate to:
- Review the accounts,
- Assess the appropriateness of the selling 49% of the company’s assets at a significant discount. (potential loss to shareholders $1m)
- Remove Trevor Pugh from the Board of OZB.
