The rationale here is that yes, one joint acts as a primary for the indication, ie Knee OA is the most commonly affected joint in terms of OA. However, I believe there is merit in linking at least one other joint to see and prove that iPPS can simultaneously address other joints at the same time as well as independently of each other. Once they have this link and it is observed that iPPS has a similar profile and efficacy in addressing another joint such as the hjp then that link is established. After that you dont have to do separate joints, it will be implicit. They will be able to state this on the label.

Then they will promptly move to the next indication, Heart/ARDS....etc
