The study mentioned above just talks about weight loss really, however there is a bit of stuff on google about immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties of GLP1-RA. The study below goes into a bit of further detail, though it's all fairly early days. You will see that some of the signalling pathways involved NFkb, MMP, IL-6 are are also ones that Paradigm studies mention a bit.
