Cost may become an issue as well, for just how competitive the the likes of Wagovey etc are. A lot depends on how much your insurance will cover.

I see that without insurance it can be circa $20k p.a. and it sounds like you have to take this forever, as part of your weight management (I am certain that will vary for people).
Anyways, I hadn't seen any study findings before, all anecdotes, but 44,000 tested in Shangai is a large cohort and suggest the Chinese are well on their way to looking for a treatment for OA
