scant mention of PAR and Zilosul.
Interestingly, no mention of
Novartis’s LNA043, even though it
is in the latter stages of P3.
PAR indicated in 2021 that there
were over 30M suffers of OA in
the US. This report estimates
not much more than half that
number and many of them as
mild cases, which would cut our
TAM considerably by 2030.
Not that I think that is a concern,
as worldwide our moderate to
severe OA market is massive.
