    I agree there has to be some trust element with the supply contract and yes PAR are guided by the ASX and Corporations' act.

    I also take at least some comfort that J&J tried their best to mimic the molecule for IC and gave up and eventually formed a partnership with Bene. Despite it being off patent for 11 plus years or whatever it is, there are still no generics. That relationship seems to be watertight over that time.

    Yes maybe that's not enough currently for the potential partners, they also need to see more data, a P3 that's being sanctioned AND get a sense of what's involved in terms of future funds required, time to NDA and where to from there? Perhaps some of it is PAR's realisation of what a fair deal is and what they believe is the value? Not sure. Maybe a two way street to some extent.

    IF Par get some external funding (ie not via an OA Global for instance), they porob will be in a much stronger position if they wait it out a fraction more (my thoughts)?


    I still think that once the authorities gives PAR certainty, this whole question of probability of non dilutive funding options and potential regional deals goes upwards.
