If it were up to me in PR's position i would offer a two-way deal. A share of Bene for a share of PAR, in royalties.
That would make the agreement REAL and valuable now for shareholders.
It would also lead to possible closure to 75c before Nov 24..
51 C PARrates should converse with Scott....and seek a deal with CSL
