I have thought about this, and it seems to me

1. unlikely that Bene, a family owned company, would be interested in such a deal
They have kept the business in the family for many decades.

2. How could you put a value on the transaction? Their income to date has been from sales totally unrelated to our repurposing trials, why should they share that with us? and we have no historical income data to base predictions on, we can only hazard a guess at it, assuming we get the green light.

3. Without them we are nothing, and without us they continue to be Bene. Hardly negotiating from a position of strength.
