There are a handful of people who reach out to Simon and gather information. I don't have any contact with anyone at PAR myself (not that I haven't tried), but others I know or know of do. I should have added the caveat that these informal updates seem be the least reliable - as demonstrated by @bobsee's update. Bugger. That takes it out to Mid-April to mid-May. That wouldn't sit comfortably with me. If that is correct, given the anxiety caused to shareholders by the financial situation, I would say at the very least a polite, formal update by around Easter would be in order.
