It’s a valid concern although I’m not sure how you came to the $100mil figure. They did state they will have a deal done but end of FY24 and based on past announcements they have people on the team to help make it happen.

I know they have teased it in the past but like you mentioned the company is in a make a break position right now when it comes to funding. I think it’s more likely they do a deal with less then ideal terms than no deal at all. If they do no deal they’re missing out of performance shares and the financial position of the company is in the toilet. They know this and despite what many people think here I believe they are trying their best.
