just to say worldcom and Enron were fraud. I worked on deals for Enron and also parmalat for that matter, it wasn't pretty when they went down. it was wholesale fraud across the organisation / accounts / management / sales etc.
u might be, I don't know, but don't think anyone is suggesting Paul is falsifying data here and if so that the fda is swallowing it.
