That request could have been ready months ago.
So why not, because it has just dawned on PAR that the FDA have never indicated they were satisfied with the 2mg dose.
I think they are trying to connect the dots to justify the dose, before asking.
I see no reason to not expect another bump on the road once the request goes in.
Still holding based on the favourable outcomes in trials.
And, no, i don't think they will run out of money before November.
