Since we are giving recommendations here, I just finished watching Dopesick (free on SBS demand) which covers Purdue Pharma's role in the opioid problem in the US. I'm cynical about governments and big pharma anyway, but what went on with Purdue, the FDA and government even shocked me. Lives where absolutely destroyed and lost all for the sake of a minority making money.
