DT announced his move a couple of weeks ago.
Maybe PAR failing to announce it was an oversight given they have been juggling so many balls at once (FDA, TGA, OARSI, ...)
Or maybe they realised at the last minute that they needed someone with his skill set to help them with preparing and presenting the data for the FDA? And that skill set would be useful going forward?
Just speculating, which I'm normally not a fan of, but there you go.
