Its entirely correct to read my reports as N=1 samples, and bear in mind that this treatment may not work for everyone. It would be remarkable for most drugs to have 100% response rate, especially with a complex and challenging condition like arthritis. Still, I'm satisfied for myself from many other data points that we are likely to see a good level of response that justifies my personal optimism.
