I bought it on eBay - I think the seller was Spanish but the product itself is Portuguese. I paid about $60 for three x 60 gramme tubes. It took about 10 minutes of solid massaging to get it into the skin, and I did that about twice a day for a couple of weeks, and I am going to continue with the treatment. No recommendations or medical advice here, but best of luck.
