I just can’t see pentosan polysulfate working topically. No way...

    I just can’t see pentosan polysulfate working topically. No way is that molecule diffusing through the skin. It’s (a) too large, (b) too hydrophilic, and (c) too highly charged, to have any transdermal bioavailability at all. Sorry to say you should save your money.
