Risk has elevated over being able to fund P3 via non-dilutive deals given timeframes to sign on the dotted line is before June 2024 rather than Dec 2024. What is now more likely to play out is executing deals at less favourable terms than previously hoped. I don't personally see them having to sell the farm completely rather just the more lucrative fields (i.e. % of future royalty revenue)
