I had PRP injections about 18 months ago for a badly torn elbow ligament (UCL), which was failing to improve. Not arthritis. I felt it was very effective and things really started to heal after that, to the point where that injury is largely recovered. I’m grateful to be on PPS as that kind of injury is very likely to lead to joint degradation and arthritis. Hopefully I can avoid that.
