has anyone noticed how hard it has been for some of these shares to move higher. RIO hasn't been able to surpass 36.30 on three occasions now, PBL has been struggling with $12 -filled the gap. BHP struggling at $12 as well. If the DOW fails you will see some big falls here IMHO
