This article, although slightly dated & written 25.6.21, still has valuable information relating to the imbalance between expected lithium supply, compared with the much greater & massive lithium demand, in future decades.

The article is also very good, as it explains why EV batteries require lithium carbonate, OR those that require lithium hydroxide; & it explains why EV batteries require different amounts of nickel, graphite, copper etc., depending on the type of battery that EV manufacturer chooses to make.
