the better information to know then would be what the financing partners are using for internal ROI's to justify their acquisition or buy in costs for project and at what percentage they think they should own for X.
but again ---- thats also a decided input. they will have internal ROI's being sold internally to secure funding to buy into this project.
to get fair value ---- it would seem we both need to be using similar assumptions as in PSC and funding partners or someones giving away too much or paying too little.
and then in the end ----- its still unknown until its known. lol.
