Well I saw Pfeizer suggesting overnight they can potentially roll out a new tailored vaccine within the next 100 days. The implication of this is that existing vaccine stockpiles in the developed world would need to be junked and entirely replenished. And everyone thats already been vaccinated would require the new treatment.
