The potential significance of Omni isn't just its virulency, its the evidence of its infectiousness (far more contagious than Delta) and fact it may be resistant to current vaccines. It's too early to know for sure (though you seem to have all the answers!) which is what has the markets spooked. Enormous deleveraging underway atm

Anyway, I'm assuming you're one of those people that views COVID through an ideological lens. There's no reasoning with your sort. I'm sure if I trawled through your rambling in early 2020, you'd have said the original COVID outbreak was all a 'nothing burger' and would not cause any economic impact. Am I right?! heh heh
