And why did God create the one-third with those differences that made them choose wrongly?

Bllp, If a family man raised a number of children some of whom became model citizens while others became the vilest of criminals, would you ask him why did he raise some children the right way and not the others? Or would it be more reasonable to assume some turned rotten despite being taught what was right?

Here is what Moses concluded about fellow Israelites that turned rotten in spite of being perfectly taught.

(Deuteronomy 32:4, 5) The Rock, perfect is his activity, For all his ways are justice. A God of faithfulness who is never unjust; Righteous and upright is he.  They are the ones who have acted corruptly. They are not his children, the defect is their own. They are a crooked and twisted generation!

It is the same with angels. Many turned away from what God taught them.
(Jude 6) And the angels who did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place, he has reserved with eternal bonds in dense darkness for the judgment of the great day.
