They mentioned PAYG plans on the phone conf. But given their history* of plan changes I don't think it's worth putting any stock into what they say, better to wait and see.

*- the plans today[1] look nothing like the proposed plans from the AGM presentation[2] (November 2012)

And thank god, those plans made no sense whatsoever.
