POS has been bouncing against the 6 cent ceiling for a long time. This is a deliberate move. There are those far bigger than us with much more at stake that are behind this.
Stay on HC long enough and you'll get to read all sorts of speculation from various posters.
Best be patient and gather the crumbs when they fall from the big boys table.
