Kind of a moot point as Labour has majority outright - so Greens will be able to make noise, but it can't necessarily force any change. Page 26 does mention grid scale storage.
Why cant we see RFX do a deal with a local electricity retailer (or state body) to run a BESS??? 14D even manged to get a pilot plant on SA water site. The numbers should stack up for a battery manufacturer to build scale size batteries... particularly in Australia at the moment - there is clear arbitrage advantages for BESS to enter the NEM.
