as a fellow SEQ'er... understand the frustration completely... cant even export to grid in my area. I do note they are installing five 8Mw batteries in regional substations - IMO could cause a shift in stance, but the monopoly QLD government hold over the power network here is frustrating.

Battery projects like these scale units also show that incumbent power generators will be more easily replaced once sufficient storage in installed... which will still need a lot more of
