In other LDES news ... Redflow only other ZnBr competitors (still operating) announced some mixed results this week. Most of the stuff was already known, but for those interested in highlights/lowlights ...

Gelion
Highlights - Permanent CEO appointed who appears to have good credentials; cash remaining ~3years at FY22 rate (and strategy adjusted to extend vs IPO); claims of lots of interest "resulting in advanced discussions with various global players for trials, off-take and partnerships"; Suplhur-based cathode "breakthrough" for LiSiS batteries;
Lowlights - 3rd CEO within 12 months isn't a good look; MoU with HBL on hold (focus in Australia); complexities in scaling up production for performance/cost competitiveness vs Li-ion; Li-Si market now highly competitive - Gelion no longer pursuing its Si nanoparticle technology.

EOS Energy
Highlights - orders, orders, and more orders; their ZM3 cell launch brought forward (at claimed 2x power at 1/2 the cost of existing cells; 98% less welds etc); An amazing amount of available finance and potentially more coming (Govt loan)
Lowlights - COGS in Qrt ~10x revenue; ... massive losses continue (so they'll need that financing).

In both cases the news didn't impress the market.
