How long ago was the request for the recommendation on a local installer?
If recently, appalling customer service and at a time when Redflow need all the sales they can get.
As you mentioned Redflow are upscaling and the residential market are not a key target market, but to not even respond is poor form and creates negative word of mouth to the overall brand.
