SynQuasi,
I am not negative on RFX in fact I am a substantial holder. (Although not in your league)
I am simply of the opinion that TH has had 5 years to create a fully functioning factory but has failed.
I am of the opinion that TH's remuneration package was not aligned enough with creating shareholder value.
I am of the opinion that the recent CR was poorly timed and over priced, given the poor timing.
I am of the opinion that the promised fantastic pipeline of sales has not eventuated in to any significant near term sales. Yes there are some contracts for delivery of batteries in late 2024 and 2025.
I have no doubt the BESS market is growing rapidly and I believe the RFX battery is an excellent product but RFX still has not informed the market that their factory can produce high quality batteries at scale.
I am concerned that my investment in RFX is going backward and I can only blame myself, which I do and the management of RFX, which I do.
I hope that clears it up.
