Standard response from people who believe there is no such thing as a market failure.
While Scomo beams to the world its technology not taxes, most of us groan as he fails to implement policy to support that technology.
Change does not happen by itself, The Renewable Energy Target did a fabulous job of kickstarting wind and then solar farms in Australia.
Now batteries need policy impediments removed today so they can compete with ,and be paid fairly for, the services they provide. Quite simple , but not something our technology driven fanatic PM or his energy minister are keen to get on with.
