    Especially when the booster flow through hits it's straps - renting a critical number of strategically located factories across the major metropolitan areas and key regional centres, and slapping solar on the roof and fitting it out with an appropriate ZBM + Industrial fridge/freezer solution would guarantee critical cold chain demands immune to the increased risk to grid supply and restoration with increasingly severe storm events.

    There's a number of funding options from full government through to PPP - beats siting them at hospitals, annual reasonably charges can be levied on hospitals and pharmacies and GPs with tight SLAs for quality and response etc .

    I wonder what existing cold chain arrangements are in place?

    Also, I have no idea what I am talking about.
