Any non-deal announcement in my assumption would come along with a detailed outline of plan B.
It could be in the form of signing a JV directly with a builder or at least mention of discussions with a prominent builder.
With that said, in my opinion, it would be very strange to see CRH pass on this deal only to see FBR sign a deal with their largest competitor.
Never say never as the world is full of stupid people. We have seen the stupidity of some first hand with our very own resident trolls.
In any case, given our need for working capital, the deal we will get on future JVs will be way way way more beneficial to us when we have "funding secured". Go Elon, haha.
